We hope you love your new homeware items! However, if you need to return an order, we're here to help.
🛍️ 1. Our 14-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return goods within 14 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: You must include proof of purchase (e.g., your order number or packing slip) with the return.
Who Pays for Return Shipping (Change of Mind)?

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind (e.g., the colour doesn't match your décor, or you no longer need the item), you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return.

The original outbound shipping cost will be refunded, but only up to the value of our cheapest standard shipping option.
🔨 2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure all items are quality-checked and well-packaged. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item due to our error:

Please include your Order Number and clear photographs of the damage to both the item and the outer packaging. We require these images to process a claim with our courier and verify the condition of the item upon arrival.

We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund.
Who Pays for Return Shipping (Faulty/Damaged)?
If the item is returned because it was faulty when received, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our dispatch error, Wilder & Fern will cover the full cost of the return shipping.-
We will provide you with a prepaid return label or arrange collection. Please do not return damaged items until you have received confirmation and specific instructions from us.
📧 3. How to Initiate a Return
Notify Us: You must email us first at Help@Wilderandfern.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (Change of Mind OR Damaged/Faulty).-
Wait for Confirmation: We will reply with the appropriate return instructions and the return address.

ship the Item: For change-of-mind returns, please use a tracked or insured service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns shipped without tracking.

💸 4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved: Your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within [5-10] business days.

Shipping Costs Refunded: For change-of-mind returns, only the cost of the product and the original standard shipping will be refunded. For faulty items, all costs are refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company/bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Help@Wilderandfern.com.
